Brief
To produce an interview video featuring Professor Alex Wendt and Professor James Der Derian, discussing Professor Wendt’s book Quantum Mind and Social Science.
Audience
University students and academics interested in where the principles of quantum mechanics intersect with the social sciences.
Solution
We travelled to the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, to shoot the interview. We used several cameras to capture different angles, and in the editing process we explored the quantum theory of superposition – showing multiple possibilities at the same time.
Result
Both Professor Wendt and the client were overjoyed with the resulting interview video. They felt that it captured the essence of the ideas conveyed in the book – both visually and conceptually.
