Animation

Our animators are talented, intelligent, intuitive and are based right here in Australia. Our talented team produces unique animations that are of a high professional standard and stand out from the crowd. Before commencing with animation, we work closely with you to determine your needs, your budget, and who the target audience is: helping ensure that the finished animation will meet your requirements.

We provide services for all stages of animation. We can take care of the entire process for you, and will work with you in whichever capacity you prefer: we can craft the entire script from scratch, or we can work with your own material. Simply complete our briefing document at this link, and we will put together a quote for you and get in touch.

The Stages of Animation Production

1. Pre-production

This is the planning stage. This stage typically involves:

  • Ideation (your ideas and project goals)
  • Project planning (timelines and milestones, budgeting)
  • Scriptwriting (drafting and refining the script until approved)
  • Character and environment design and development
  • Storyboarding (drafting and refining based on the approved script)
  • Animatic (a rough draft of how the animation will look, including direction on transitions, movement, sound effects and voice over)

2. Production

This is the “making” stage and typically involves:

  • Narration/voice over recording
  • Animation (character and other assets are animated and timed to align with voice over and music)

3. Post-production

This is the final stage and typically involves:

  • Sound design
  • Adding background music
  • Adding text on screen (e.g. a call to action at the end, credits)
  • Incorporating logos and other branded elements
  • Creation and insertion of subtitles and captions
  • Output and upload of the final files to full quality HD video (1920 x 1080p) ready to share with your audience.
